A massive fire at Zambia's Indeni oil refinery
is expected to cause a severe shortage of the
fuels needed to refine cobalt for eight months.
The resulting cobalt shortage could cause the
start of producton at Inco Voisey Bay Nickel
and/or Ikar Minerals (Tajikistan).
