It is not clear to me how the production status of the .25 tech is proceeding with siemens and gate may need additional financing near end of q4 which would probably mean going to vc firms.VC firms would not want to finance debentures with the present amount of shares outstanding and idanta would have a difficult time unloading their shares without a reverse split. It is somewhat unclear why gate has not been bought out by now and hopefully the reverse split will not be authorized which may be why actel has loaned gate money, curious that idanta did not loan a dime this time-they may be waiting to float a debenture in the future which could be done next year if .25 tech is delayed and they could then begin shorting the shares and profit at a later date.I am having difficulty getting true facts from this company and do not trust idanta membership on board, actel would be better.

As no production news is released on .25 tech we find the stock the same price as before they were loaned the money by actel-which indicates there are delays or they are not saying take your choice.Encouraged by actel loan but not sure when the ramp will happen in .25 tech in q4 or will delay happen to allow vc firms in door.good luck.
