William, as you know, cultures are changed one individual at a time. Just can't get it done by broadcasting emails that announce "HWP, Now Direct to You" or "Have it Your Way from IBM". And that takes an unshakable commitment right from the top. And I don't think either HWP or IBM understand the magnitude of cultural change involved in their reinvented delivery systems or the employee adoption rate of those systems. And Dell's leadership in this arena just isn't going to be challenged by the "next" Dell... Best regards, Mark
