Given the passage of time here, the only trick left in NOV's bag seems to be the PT/OT biz. Your statement about PT being immune to medicare however seems to conflict with a snipet from this recent post: PHYSICAL THERAPISTS, once heavily recruited, now ask for jobs. Cuts in therapists' slots result from decreased Medicare reimbursement for outpatient care...... Message 9172856 Until the looming debt is resolved and the reformatted company starts producing a solid rev. streams this stock will stay in the tank. At least the company is working on longer term solutions. Splitting up is hard to do, but whether it works is open to debate. Jim
