On 8 April, FSII issued a news release on the sale of its new ZETA(TM) Surface Conditioning System. The full story is listed below.

FSII closed at 5.94 on 4/8. Four trading days later, on 4/14, FSII closed at 7.81, a gain of 31 percent. Since then it has "meandered" about, but with an upward bias. Friday, 5/28, it closed at 8.19 for a gain of 38 percent since 4/8. Not much trading volume yet, but the news definitely seemed to cause a nice upward trend in the stock.

Does anyone have any further insight into the significance of FSII's sale? Was it an important milestone or is the stock responding only to an oversold condition?

TIA,

Don W.
