Since I've been reading and occasionally commenting on this thread for what seems like an eternity, and I have found both Jock and Shane's posts thought provoking in the past, I'd like to suggest that they both go to neutral corners, take a deep breath, and pretend that the last few posts never happened.

After not having Shane around for a large chunk of this year, I'd hate for him to get fed up and leave, and Jock's first response got a bit personal. I've got to think that Shane's reply to it was understandably made in anger... What else can you be when someone says you're "...utterly irresponsible and demonstrate an utter lack of
knowledge of LSI's basic business structure?"

In the words of an American who has some experience in riots... "Can't we all just get along???"
