By the way, I went to Baltimore's Little Italy on Saturday. Went to a nice place, got some calamari fritti and lasagna, which suited my wife too. My son had Cellini Calabrese, very thin pasta with marinara, mushrooms, and sausage. We got so full that I had to forgo the tiramasu, the only downside. Usually when I go to this particular place, I get veal picatta or veal marsala, but I just wanted some great lasagna. The waitress had the cheek to try and trick me into a 17.5 % tip, which irritated me, but since we went to the local art museums before the dinner, and took a splendid ride through the "carriage district" after, it was a minor bump in a fine day. Since everyone goes for outdoor activities, like the beach, the city was wonderfully free of crowds and traffic... |
