[Bell Atlantic Reduces ISDN Rate] Bell Atlantic introduced a nice promo on thier ISDN offering. Interesting to note the ISDN modem is from 3COM. The rates are quite agressive. Note that this promo is tied in with thier Internet Offering. biz.yahoo.com Bob
