I don't recall seeing it, but I don't spend much time on K. My favorite Chinese place in D.C. currently is on 7th, up a block or so from the new MCI center, and about half a block from the National Museum of American Art, which is housed in the Old Patent Office Building. It is officially in Chinatown, and is called the China Palace. Exquisite spring rolls, fine Peking duck, and an excellent dim sum for lunch...
