I was looking over the press releases for the company and noticed that there seems to be a constant flow of signing and termination of JV agreements:

1/14/97- terminated agreement with ERI Ventures in Indonesia
2/3/97- terminated agreement with Cypango Ventures

Is this because they are looking for more beneficial agreements with new JV partners in the current territories? a history of agreements gone bad? nothing beneficial in those areas?

Any help answering this would be appreciated.
