So I was told by Jeff Brommer and Crawford Shaw Sr. at the time.
Since then neither one is involved with MDMI any more.

However, MDMI's capable investor relations rep, Mr. Phil Hernandez, told me about a month ago that MDMI will be filing financials in three months, definitely.

Then I called Dana Verrill and he said MDMI will be filing financials in three months, probably.

So, in another couple of months, who knows, MDMI might finally be a reporting company.

Next week La Guardia GFS will be posting four exciting news releases on their site profiling MDMI. They were originally written by La Guardia GFS and put out on Business wire on April 19 and 20, and May 19 and 21.

Way to go, Phil!
