Bill,

Lots of nice places for sale up here. I know of a few good buys on trout streams where a soul could spend a few weeks to a few years. Good investments also. Property values are rising steadily. 40% to 110% per year has been made around here in the last 5 years.

Like my profile says, I live 6 feet short of heaven.

I have been expecting retracement for a few months and surprised that it lasted this long. Too far too fast. Needs to find a support. May not happen right now but sooner than later is what I think.

I hear lots of rumblings about Y2K and even if nothing comes of it human fears could push it to reactionary levels. The online traders could certainly get slammed if everyone decides to go to cash and sit it out till next summer. I would hate to have my funds tied up and unavailable till then because they did not have the liquid assets available. Could mirror the 1929 show.

Many folks don't know that Fidelity can issue stock certificates in lieu of cash if they want. The small guy always is the last to know.

Bill
