Anthony just my Esquire Armchair QB suing the site, an internet bulletin board will not get you anything. A jury will probably say that like SI, Yahoo, etc. they are not repsonsible for its content except for making sure young kids and lit'l ol ladies don't blush when they read it, and you would have to prove that whoever posted it did you harm. I see no harm done. How could you prove damages to your reputation and to your business income. Just what exactly is your business????.....Hmmmmmm If anybody has any available lawsuits its the shareholders of NPEC/MDHM. I think a jury would award us zillions once they read thru the "Who's on First" soap opera that exists around here. If NPEC/MDHM is no concern of yours and you wish to not invest you would be better off to us and to your reputation ..to leave!, if you want to save us then where's the beef, show us the facts! .... THanks p.s. If Medinah delivers then you look like a complete idiot and lose any creditabilty that you have worked hard for. If Medinah does not deliver you gain just another feather all beit a small one...are you willing to risk everything for these small penny stocks....Geezzzzz open up those eyes!!!!!
