Summary for New Investors: **CSIN** outlook

POSITIVES:
1) Almost obscenely High Margin/Rapid Growing Sector

"The Financial Times has estimated that the Internet gaming market will yield annual net earnings of US $10.2 billion by the year 2002. We are making sure our company is positioned properly to take advantage of that," stated Steve Amdahl, Vice President. (from a recent PR)

2) CEO predicts substantial earnings per share of $1.50 (apparently over the first 12 months of operation)

"Casinopirata.com intends to grow by opening additional online casinos and acquiring proprietary online gaming technology. We feel that we will easily be able to deliver our earnings forcasts of $1.50 per share in net income with in the first year of operations," stated Paul Stringer, President. (from a recent PR)

3) CSIN relatively undervalued (about 1/5 to 1/6 the valuation of other good Internet Gambling Companies like GOCA)

4) Aggressive CEO interested in diversification of gambling:

** Lottery is being looked at next, which is already legal in virtually all states. Bingo as well.

(from a recent PR): "Management is pleased to announce that they have entered into negotiations with a company that produces online multi-player bingo. CSIN is to become that companies first Licensee for their multi-player on-line bingo software".

** CSIN's has real casinos, too, not just Internet based, "virtual" ones.

** And for traditional Internet Revenues (from a recent PR): "Download the easiest to play and the fastest on-line gambling games on the internet. Our Vegas-style most-animated and full-version games of Blackjack, Bingo, Baccarat, Poker, Roulette, Slots, Super6 Lotto and On-line Sports Wagering on professional sporting events such as the NFL, NBA, NHL, and Major League Baseball, are touted to have the highest-rated gaming components and the highest payouts in the world of internet gambling. Our casino is located online @

casinopirata.com

5) SECURITY: "Developed using the most-advanced Internet Casino and Sports Wagering software, our java games are completely safe and run in their own security sandbox on a user's computer." (from a recent PR)

IS THIS STOCK RISKY?

Yes, but if $1.50 EPS stated in a recent PR is anywhere close to reality, then this one might represent a good, speculative risk, don't you think?

Nevertheless CSIN is a relative newcomer and we must wait to see how well the hits and revenues increase each week or month. There is definitely competition but the market is a Worldwide one (i.e. the Internet), so they are, relatively speaking, one of the early players with a very nice website. Latest sales report hopefully will show how rapidly CSIN is progressing.

Also, people are concerned about KYL Bill. But those that are should see the previous 2 posts that kind of say it all. Plus Lottery is of course legal in virtually all states and CSIN apparently has real physical casinos too, according to Orville at WorldVision Financial.

To me, this means that no matter what happens revenue should come in strongly from totally legal lottery or legal bingo in the U.S. and worldwide on the other venues where that is legal.

Comments? Am I on-base or off-base?

What do you think?

Good luck all.
