Ed and all-

Business Financial Network, Inc. has been compensated for this report and other consulting services and paid 10,000 shares of free trading shares of MGVN. The new law that went into effect was in relation to the form of shares companies are allowed to make payments in. In the past, companies were allowed to simply print an unlimited number of new shares for services, which is basically like printing money and creating dilution for existing shareholders. This is now illegal. However, it is within the law for companies to compensate investor relations firms like BFN and others with existing shares.
