do you realize that it would take a 1500 MHz Coppermine to keep up with a 1000 MHz K7

I appreciate your enthusiasm for K7- which I share too. However, I don't think that bus speed will significantly impact the performance of PC benchmarks like Winstone.

But it will be very important when K7 hits the server market next year!
