Tim:

Sleeman's net earnings came out this past week and were up, but because of more shares outstanding, the per share earnings were flat.

Hopefully, the Shaftebury beer acquisition will get digested quickly, and excess assets will be sold.

Volume of beer sold was up 7%.

Net income was up 10%, but fully diluted shares were up from 14.9M to 17M. Hopefully, this is an accounting requirement, and increased volume in the 2nd quarter can start absorbing the increased shares.

If volume doesn't go up a LOT in the 2nd and 3rd quarters of this year, I will be disappointed. And I think that net income per share will follow.
