I think most of it is due to profit taking. Many insiders bout when the stock was down around the $8 range. I was surprised at that time there were no take overs! That was the perfect time! Wish had about $20mil would have been a great investment.

I think you will see further sell-off (insider) when the stock hits above $16. Many managers have stock options priced at $16 but have had to sit on them due to the tumble.
