The Ingram acquisition was the main reason I bought into BKS. Does an FTC recommendation automatically become enforced? Can BKS appeal, or just ignore the recommendation? The "firewall" idea to prevent BKS knowledge of competition's book purchases seems more rational than the FTC nixing of the whole deal. I bet they wouldn't have opposed AMZN's purchase of Ingram!!!!!! Bird
