Tommaso, I see you are interested in the Sudan oil biz. This is a pretty old, albeit unpredictable, story. I'm surprised the Lundin thread isn't giving you tons of info. You might want to skim through the old AKSEF thread, if it is still in the SI data base.

Anyway, I'm not so sure the Sudan govt kicking out the foreign companies is a likely outcome unless the rebels take over, and even then it might not be an issue. You are aware that the Chinese investment company is a part of the Red Army, are you not? I have this feeling that kicking them out would be much harder than trying to kick the mob out of your biz after they gave you an emergency loan. -g-
