Hi Dave: I agree with your thoughts. If Fonars magnets are what we think they are and the fact that Seimens could gain substantial market edge with GE having problems, I believe that Seimens could have an advantage with Fonar Technology. With the revenues that Seimens have the Oxford Magnets may not hurt a relationship in the event that Seimens needs to gain right to apparent Fonar patents. Of course we do not know the arrangements between the two companies on their settlement. I do believe that ongoing royalties from Seimens is part of the agreement. I think Dave Terry was trying to tell me as much as possible without divulging info that can not be made public. In my last conversation with Dave he did tell me that Dr. D. was working on something that would be huge. He did tell me that we would be made aware of that development with in the next few months. Now I did my best to pick that apart from Dave and did not have much luck. He was very upbeat and told me to stick around. Of course I have been around for 10 years so I have had a number of conversations with Dave. I have had some negative conversations expressing my concerns of production, installations, etc. I do have to say that Dave did a good job in getting responses to my questions and that the last time we spoke he painted a very bright future for Fonar. He believes that by year end that Fonar can produce 1 quad complete a week. Dr. D's goal is to get to 2 by year end. 2 per week. not 2 per year. That is progress and hopefully it will get done. We now have the investor update. Dave told me he would get this done and he did it. Although not a whole lot of info thus far it is above and beyond our past experience of getting any info at all. Things are getting better and it appears that they are making progress although sometimes seeming slow it is heading in the right direction. Best regards,
