The Chief; Can't tell you how pleased I am to see that you have not given up on this thread, but that you are looking for ways to restore it to its former pre-eminence. I would support your suggestion of a $3.00 limit, but do we not need some other yardstick to qualify a promising stock ? Perhaps profitability, or near-profitability should be part of the equation. A dollar limit alone will sometimes "qualify" a penny-dreadful that has been promoted in the extreme, but which has no real substance. I'm sure that the collective wisdom of the true believers will come up with a workable plan to survive and prosper. I hope that with more experience under my belt, and knowledge gained from this and Keith's sister-thread, I will be able to make meaningful contributions in the future. All the best to all!!
