Consolidation is usually good for the industry. NTBK is probably the next to get taken over, or be merged with a brokerage such as MER or AMTD. Competition in OLB's is heating up as MER has just announced entering the Internet arena, with other traditional brokerages on their tail.

Today's EGRP/TBFC announcement should be taken positively IMHO.
