Ben, Get a life and a job and a portfolio....The stock would be around 12 million if and only if the debenture is converted... if you don't like the way things go when a co gets out of R&D into the full marketing swing of its products...JUST SELL! you will bring down the price with your loss so, myself and other can buy stock cheap...thanks! In terms of management, how do justify your idiot statement about misappropriations and jail... GET A GRIP.. the audit is the truth of all financial aspects of the Co. I don't see any wrong doing and I used to be with a major CPA firm once upon a time... Perhaps you need to take accounting 101 to understand financial reporting?! Sales and emotional satisfaction go hand to hand but again you probably never had a basic economics class. Sales have and will continue to move forth which bring more euphoria to the co, it employees, shareholders and the investment community. Later loser GC
