SpyT: The move is expected.
I have stressed simple supply and demand will attract more firms into the competition. I believe the brand recognition is extremely important here. Consumers have more than 100 firms to choose from. Very obvious, they will go by the most common names in OLBs. ML is a traditional brick and mortar firm. Its business culture is very deep in the root. OLB evolves leaps and bounds and requires constant changes to meet the trends. This requires swift and bold moves. IMHO, ML is moving too slow in this arena and will always regarded as a brick and mortar firm, it may not be too attractive for the next generation(s) of investors.
