You are right. Assigning a court appointed reciever is for financial
interest in the patent's generated profits. Dolgoff's attorneys nor
the court are trying to stop production (ie. use of patents) Dolgoff
maybe attempting to try this case in the press. But I have found him
to be unfactual in his assertions.
Sherman Langer has been working with the Wiz on product familarization. I am told the DHT will be displayed in three locations
in the store. It will be seen as you walk in,it will be on view in
the computer section as well as the television department. It is also
my understanding a customer will be able to finance thier purchase
through the Wiz. Finally, although the Wiz is where they will dedut
the DHT the company has orders for other stores. These annoincements
will come later.
