BREAKING NEWS ON GAAY

Significant money can and is made from the stock market under one basic principle: finding an undiscovered profitable growth

Triangle Broadcastings National Radio division recently announced and affiliation with the ABC Contemporary Network and
four outstanding ABC radio talk shows to be broadcasted live daily.

Triangle Broadcasting Company recently announced the creation of a daily three hour broadcast called Bingo Television to be
made available to television stations and cable companies via satellite Aug. 02 1999. Winners will be able to win up to 10,000
in cash and can get free bingo cards daily at suppermarkets, fast food stores and the through the Internet on the Companies
web site at "BingoTelevision.com". The web site will be available for practice play starting July 02, l999.

There are also an unconfirmed report that one of the Triangle Broadcastings future projects may include a National Broadcast
called Auction Television with a corresponding web site called "Auction-Television.com". It is confirmed that years ago
Triangle President Frank Olsen produced an Auction Television program and that it may be a project that is being considered
for the near future.

We believe that (OTCBB:GAAY) is seriously undervalued and offers a remarkable buying opportunity at this time. The
company has 34 Million shares outstanding, with a 15 Million share float.(VERY STRONG BUY)
