Weird. I don't remember ever hearing of this Kurt King guy. And I don't understand why Unix systems would be especially hard hit by any lockdown; after all, the Unix equivalent of the Y2K problem doesn't arise for about another 30 years. Nor do I see SUNW as having a "high forward multiple" compared to, say, Dell or CPQ, which he doesn't seem to have downgraded. Just weird.

JMHO.
