Brander.....or anyone I notice that Pfizer have a patent for use of SSRIs for treating PE dating in early 1990s and I also found two journal publications by Pfizer on this use. Do you know the current state of play regarding exploitation by Pfizer of SSRIs for treating PE. Pentech Pharmaceuticals also have phase II trials in progress testing SSRIs for PE and have patents in this area. How could a company like Pfizer exploit this use commercially? Are they doing so? If they are not, does this relate to ...... the perceived side effects of SSRIs, or to rights issues or what....? DaiS
