This company has virtually no business, and I'm not certain that it has a concept that should be supported. The IR person confirms that its revenues are negligible and with no short term prospects for increased revenues, this company may find itself in bankruptcy in no time. I have so many concerns about this business that it would take a significant amount of time to draft them, but here are a few:

1. The pending news release, being the addition of a Mr. Ryder to the Board of Directors will not move the markets. Mr. Ryder has an expertise in trucking, not the internet. The rest of the Board does not inspire confidence. Who are they?

2. The Company has less than a million dollars in the bank. It has negative monthly cash flow and no near term prospects for improving cash flow. The most likely source of cash is a private placement, which the Company hopes to do for 70 to 80 cents. Hmmmm. How will it get there? Per IR, news releases and promotions. I think that today's net investors want more substance that hype, but hype is all this company has to offer.

3. The Company is paying its tech staff only approximately $40k to $50k per annum, plus all sorts of options. The market for highly skilled tech people is incredibly competitive. One questions the qualifications of tech staff working for these salaries. I understand that they may see trememdous opportunity, but, there are many more opportunities out there that have less risk involved.

4. The IR person was unable to appropriately and clearly articulate the business plan. Although forthright and honest, he had difficultly explaining the Company's different lines of busines.

5. Without more cash, this business model will fail and it may fail soon. I wish all who hold good luck, but be realistic. No money now. No money in the near term. How will it fund its business? Only the well capitalized can afford to play and last in the i-net game.

JMO.
