It costs (total money raised) anywhere between C$600k and a million to get a company listed on the VSE. AMC has a cash deficit of C$400k and 22 million shares issued. That works out to about 3 cents per share if you use one million.

If it can only double from 15 is that good enough to accept the risk that it can fall to 3 cents? Most VSE companies, in my view, get zero value for property and management. So shell value is the starting point.
