Napier Becomes Supplier to U.S. Coast Guard

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--Napier International Technologies
Inc. (NIR.TSE) is pleased to announce it has become the supplier
of stripping compounds to the U.S. Coast Guard for chemical
stripping of its aircraft. After a lengthy process of due
diligence with several competitive products, the Coast Guard
submitted a short list of three products to the manufacturers of
its aircraft. Approvals came back for the three paint strippers
at which time a determination was made to award Napier with the
supply agreement for chemical stripping of the aircraft.

Napier's management is encouraged by the approval of its product
by the U.S. Coast Guard and are continuing discussions regarding
supply contracts for its marine line of environmentally friendly
chemical coatings removers.

The U.S. Coast Guard and Napier have also recently submitted
components made of composite materials for testing at a Northrop
Grummond facility. The parts will be stripped using Napier's
compounds and tested for any adverse effects.

These procedures hold significant importance for both the aviation
and commercial markets. Composite materials are becoming widely
used for aircraft, automotive and military components and cannot
be stripped using conventional chemical strippers.

Napier is also pleased to report its 3rd Quarter revenues
continued to set new records, sales of the company's
environmentally friendly strippers and cleaners continued the
growth pace by increasing by 16 percent over 2nd Quarter results.
Revenues less commissions paid have been recorded at $416,000 for
the quarter.

ON BEHALF OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Bradley T. Aelicks
