Thanks for the reference. As time passes May 17,1999 does seem to confirm the start this down cycle. "Jean" does not see it until price 11,569. If that were so my analysis of the high would be null. We are here and by the May the confirmation of a High has been made. An outside month vs April 1999 was made in May 1999. Outside Bars are extreme price distribution which only serve to trigger confirmations in change of trend. In this case a close below 10,560 in JUNE 30, 1999. Gann many times explained that TIME was much more important to study that PRICE. The High Price target was reached before the Time objective, but now both have now passed.
