Hi Jim, I have followed your posts and do feel that in large part it is do to your prodding and hanging in there that Fonar has finally become more responsive to shareholders. I think they discovered that we do not just buy, hold and go away, that we keep buying and are capable of getting the stock $$ to a level where the co can really get some thing done.

However I would like to hear from you again on this magnet thing; I am not using 'magnet' in the jargon sence to mean 'whole MRI' but in the milling sence 'just the magnet'. Dont you think this is an area where Fonar has spent much of their R&D efforts and $$? And if Dr. Fleckenstein is correct, (only a little research into Oxford shows that he is), how would the three Co's. justify the overlap?

So if thats the case we have two areas of competitive pressure. The big five, who build the MRI shells, and Oxford Magnets who is the leading provider of magnets to the field. The question, however, is now that Oxford is owned by Siemens (and I have not found this to be a fact) will they continue to sell magnets to their competition?
