Has any traditional bricks & mortar company come on the internet late and crushed the dominant pure net plays in the industry?? MSFT couldn't knock AOL, Barnes & Noble failed against AMZN, big media cos. lost to Yahoo, etc., etc. I'm sure MER will totally fail to EGRP. Too little, too late. And don't forget, MER is probably the worst investment bank with the least intelligent human talent.
