RCJIII - thanks for the tip - but I am keeping this for now - the subscribers on the television for SPICE will be able to see their programming via streaming video on their computers wherever they go; there is potential here - I waited this long and got in so low - I will just let this ride itself out. If I win, fine, If I lose, good for tax purposes spread out over a few years...:) Jacalyn
