Except there were companies that already were in existence. These companies are not IPO's and you statement is a lie. KRAB (Now ULAB) did a 100 reverse split then issued even more shares as restricted dividends to its shareholders while the insiders can sell all year. I also did not notice that any of the companies in the article had a CEO like Garrett Krause that was banned from the Alberta Stock Exchange. Go figure!!!!!
