When management says that there will be no expenses related to the Sequent contract cancellation, and then a major charge appears, that is disdain for the truth.

When management says that they have sufficient cash reserves, and then announce a Reg D private placement, that is disdain for the truth.

When management says that everything is on plan, and then announce a restatement of 1996 revenues, along with a warning from the auditors related to ongoing operations, that is disdain for the truth.

When management says that they lost the Sequent contract, and had not included Sequent revenues in 1997 revenue forecasts, but won't tell investors when those revenues were backed out, that is disdain for the truth.
