Do you promoters think that if you repeat something over and over it eventually becomes true?
As a non-hypothocatable (non-marginable) stock, it is illegal for any brokerage firm to lend shares to short unless you are a Broker Dealer.
Please cite the statute that declares this to be illegal. I have shorted non-marginable securities at Schwab. Are you saying Schwab is in violation of SEC rules? If so, I will supply specific trades to you so you can report these violations.
All this means is that you must have 100% cash to back it up. Furthermore, since marginability and availability varies between brokers, what is marginable at one, may not be at another.
So you see, when someone on this site tries to say they have shorted this stock, then they are probably just blowing smoke.
Shares of NCDR were available to borrow at major US brokerages within the last two weeks.
As far as I'm concerned, this allegation of yours calls into question everything you've posted so far. Is your statement on the exclusivity of MPEG4 codecs as reliable as the this statement? |
