James, Thanks for the sobering words. Just to explain myself. I have this delusion that I can call the short term top and bottom. and benefit from the up and down. But it is just a delusion. I never feel good being long the internuts. I always feel like the bottom will fall out at any moment.

So anyway, I'll just wait and hope for eBay to go back to 180.
Now if we just all concentrate and think happy thoughts, like they do on the AOL thread.

Back in Jan/Feb, I used to keep an overnight short position in amzn of 3k to 4k shares. I never slept well those days, even though I recovered $100k from my losses. I felt much better when I covered it and started playing small.
