Instock/All, Did a little research into BPRX as it seemed like an undervalued play. However....3rd quarter of .14 is not reflective of actual results as they had a one time payment of $1.7M of which they reported a positive net income of $1.0M for the quarter. So, without this one time payment they actually would have reported (.10) for the 3rd quarter. Their actual operating results for the year without this one time payment is .08 per share with the latest release of .04 for the 4th quarter. So, in acutality they are selling at the industry average p/e of around 20 or so. I don't see this as a value play at this time as the market usually adjusts for these one time charges.
