Armin, You are correct that management has to shoulder some of the blame if they INTENTIONALLY misled investors. While there is certainly a mountain of circumstantial evidence that points that direction, at this point there is no proof. I also agree with you that we have to assume that management is both honest and competent. Unfortunately, this assumption has cost ANCR investors a LOT of money. Perhaps the honesty and competency of Ancor management has been "otherwise demonstrated". <g> Craig
