Even though today's action has been good, there are still a few things to remember folks:

1) This company has never released audited financials

2) This company has never filed with the SEC

3) The intent letter is ok but it is not the final agreement

4) This is still a penny stock play, even though it may be a good one, it's still a gamble at this point.
