Bob, an interesting post, but I am not sure this is the right venue to let stockholder know that the company (once more) is changing direction. Changes of direction of such magnitude should be disseminated to all stock holders, not just the few privileged SI readers.

It is also interesting that this venue is being used to once more hyping the stock by implying that the company really think that the card business will have $100 MM in revenue ("that are anticipated to come in by the end of the year"). Do you really believe this number? Did you count how many kids are required to generate these revenues out of the 50 MM total number of kids from Grade school to the end of high school?).

I presume that this note was one way to let the stock holders that Hwang is no longer a part of the team and the e- so and e-so (the four e) mentioned so loudly just this weekend by an august poster on this thread, are no longer such an integrated approach to participation in the internet.

What surprises me is that you did not bother to ask where did the additional 15 MM shares outstanding between 5/7/99 and 5/27/99 come from.

Bob, I believe you are being used quite ruthlessly by Gordon, he does not mind if your neck will be entangled in the SEC's web, but this post, with so much material information could be a "causus Belli" for them to jump.

Good luck

Zeev
