Roger Hemminghaus, Who Also Serves as Chairman of the Federal

Roger R. Hemminghaus, chairman of the board of Ultramar Diamond
Shamrock (NYSE:UDS), and chairman of the Federal Reserve Bank of
Dallas, has joined billserv.com's board of directors.
With nearly $11 billion in annual revenues, Ultramar Diamond
Shamrock is one of the largest independent petroleum refining and
petroleum product and convenience merchandise marketing companies in
North America. The 11th District Bank in Dallas is part of the Federal
Reserve System.

Hemminghaus, who retired as CEO of Ultramar Diamond Shamrock in
January, also served as chairman, CEO and president of Diamond
Shamrock Inc. prior to its merger with Ultramar Corporation in 1996.
Hemminghaus currently serves on the boards of Luby's Inc. (NYSE:LUB),
New Century Energies and the Southwest Research Institute, and is
chairman of the Board of Regents of Texas Lutheran University.
Hemminghaus earned his B.S. degree in chemical engineering from Auburn
University, and completed post-graduate work in business and nuclear
engineering.
