This acquisition will give Intel the power to control computer telephony integration I think Dialogic has some excellent products however do you really believe that owning it will give intel the power to CONTROL this market? There are so many other inflection points - notwithstanding that infrastructure today shy's away from IA based platforms due to percieved reliability issues. yes???? OG
