I heard they had more than 62% of the entire voice hardware market, other competitors split the remaining amount, not even coming close to Dialogic in market share. But you're right, MS's endorsement of Dialogic certainly annointed them as the leaders in all sense (much to Brooktrout's dismay I would imagine.) Amy J
