DJ TRW Inc. Reports 25.5% RF Micro Devices Stake WASHINGTON (Dow Jones)--TRW Inc. reported a 25.5% investment stake in RF Micro Devices Inc. (RFMD) In a filing Tuesday with the Securities and Exchange Commission, TRW said it sold 470,500 common shares between April 29 and May 28 at prices ranging from $40 to $57.13 a share, and now holds 9.98 million shares of the Greensboro, N.C., maker of frequency integrated circuits for wireless communications applications. TRW also said that, in conjunction with recently announced debt-reduction efforts, it ultimately intends to reduce its stake in RF Micro to about 20%, selling up to 2 million of the company's common shares over the course of the next six to 12 months, as the market permits. - Humberto Sanchez; (202) 862-9251.
