Craig, I do not blame you for not trusting management. I think lack of experience running a high profile company is a better excuse. Do they need to be replaced? Maybe. I am waiting to hear from Lee on his detailed explanation of how he screwed up so badly. Look at the facts though. Sequent was not their problem (Bad judgement, but what company would not take a chance at a contract like this). Technology and Technology employees are 1st rate (Cal Nelson, etc). Balance sheet mistakes (rookie mistakes?). Sales VPs are also 1st rate. Deals are in the queue. I would not blame anyone for selling right now, but I believe this would be a major mistake. The Reg D should go thru as I previously stated. I will check into the company that it is placing it. Tom.
