Assuming that Marty was offered a board position and declined, I think he stinks. He never said that his interest in a board position was conditional on Hwang staying, or anything else. He led everyone to believe that he would accept the position if offered. Based on that, REW busted his hump to get the share count. According to REW, the position was offered. Thus, if Marty declined, he has no integrity and I would not care if he ever posted again. But at the very least, he owes this thread and especially REW an apology.
